Hello and welcome back to everyone who has been reading my blogs.i recently completed 50 blogs and I'm so happy. I never thought i would be writing but here i am. Thank you for supporting me throughout and i hope you all will be supportive in future too. So today I'm going to talk about an important yet ignored term “COMMUNICATION”. Yes you got that right very common yet uncommonly used in times of need.

Most probably when there is a time to communicate people replace this with their ego and things turn from bad to worse instead of getting better. So i will give examples of three life situations which is most common to all individuals out here.

• Love life
• Family life
• Work life.

1. Love life: Most relationships end because there is lack of communication. And when there's lack of communication there's no understanding between the two and eventually it makes no sense to be in relationship where there's no understanding and communication. Therefore eventually goes for breaking up. Whenever there's a fight couple's prefer to isolate themselves from the world and keep dieing inside. They find someone else to discuss thier relationship problem instead why not communicate the problem with the person you have problems with. This communication will actually be an eye opening thing for you. When you communicate the issue and your partner listens and after that he/she can work on it. This will show his /her efforts into relationship and if he/she doesn't which means it's not the correct person gor you. But first you have to communicate without that expecting efforts is of no use.
2. Family life: There's a similar situation in a family when parents expect something out of their children amd vice versa. But there's no communication friendly environment in the house.That is why children nowadays feel disconnected from thier homes and stay more emotionally reliable and dependable on their friends. There should be a family discussion on the dinner table and a family fun night. Because at the end its only Family so the bond has to be strong.
3. Work life: Nothing different than others here too the employee and boss relationship is quite unfavorable in many organisations because of lack of communication. Employers lack in communicating their goals/expectations and employees lack in communicating their goals & expectations. If communication is done the work is goal is easily achievable.
