Flaxseed is a superfood with lots of benefits including helping you lose weight quickly with its high fiber content and omega three fatty acids, including flaxseeds in your daily diet helps in good digestion.

 So today I am sharing with you four easy ways to include flaxseed in your daily diet.

It is best to grind flax seeds because the lignans are better absorbed by the body if consumed in ground form.

 Take care to drink plenty of water with ground flaxseeds, always store flaxseeds in an airtight container as they have a tendency to become branded seeds due to the oil content in them.  Whole flaxseed is very difficult to chew because the outer shell is thick, and also contains all the goodness, so if you don't chew it properly, they will pass through your digestive tract without being absorbed into your body, so it's the most  It's good.

Make them powder and consume them but don't keep the ground flaxseeds for a long time. You should consume them within 15 to 30 minutes after grinding as they will start to oxidize as soon as they come in contact with the air and the seeds  After all the health benefits of this will be lost, grind them and consume them.

  I like to use my small chutney grinder that comes with my mixie you can also use a coffee grinder if you don't have a dry grinder then there is no need to roast the seeds.  Simply put the required quantity of seeds in the grinder and pulse two to three times or till the ground flaxseeds are ready, these ground flaxseeds also known as flaxmill.

Flaxseeds are sold as flaxmill and are very popular in the health community and I strongly advise you not to buy flaxmeal instead, buy whole organic flax seeds and grind them at home as needed.

  The first method is the best way to detoxify your body. Seeds have the power to eliminate toxins from the body and normalize metabolism, reduce blood sugar levels and regulate appetite, it is toxic to food.  Absorbs compounds and cleanses the intestines and thus supplies.

 Body with Lecithin which stimulates fat metabolism and thus helps in maintaining the desired body weight and makes your skin radiant and healthy.

  So the first method is the most effective way in a glass full of water for quick weight loss or high BP high cholesterol diabetes, high uric acid menopause symptoms, hormonal imbalance etc.  Add about two tablespoons of ground flaxseeds and mix well until it dissolves.  Do this every morning on an empty stomach, after an hour, remember that flaxseeds become thick in water, so try to consume it before it becomes completely thick.

  The second method is for those who do not like the nutty ro taste of flaxseed and find the first method difficult to consume, made from skim milk in about half a cup of low-fat yogurt and adding two tablespoons of ground flaxseed  .

 Sprinkle half a teaspoon of organic turmeric powder on top with the benefits of flaxseed, you will also get the goodness of turmeric which is very effective for weight loss and overall health.

 Now let's move on to the third method.  Add a tablespoon of raw flaxseed, not ground flaxseed, to any of your favorite pearls, add a whole flaxseed with half a teaspoon of organic turmeric, just mix everything together and in minutes a healthy power-packed smoothie is ready.  You can have this smoothie for breakfast or lunch.  This is my personal favorite way to get my daily dose of flax seeds for a smoothie recipe.
