Hello and welcome back to everyone. So this blog is about my recent trek that i went to. I am sharing this trek experience because i felt that is it worth sharing. So I'll start by introducing where this trek was. So i live in Mumbai and there's a place called aarey colony in Goregaon. This is where the place lies. So starting with a little back story i recently discovered this place of trek from one of my friends social media account. I really liked it as it was filled with natural scenic beauty. I asked her the location which she was not quite sure about. Yet u wanted to go there i decided to ask my friend and we planned at night doe a Sunday morning.

Starting with the day we left from our houses at 7:00 am. We used a two wheeler and Google maps to get to the outer location. It took us around 15-20 minutes to reach the outskirt of the trek. We reached there around 7:30, parked our vehicle. Note: please remember where so you park your vehicle.prefer to take a picture so that incase you are lost you can show picture of that place to the locals. 

Next we packed our bag with the essentials like water bottle, handkerchief, cap etc. And we were good to go. Now as we started the trek we were not aware of the exact trek route but we could see a flock of people going into a particular direction with their bicycles. We decided to follow them. And as we interacted with that group and followed them. The way to trek was very narrow and we were climbing a little higher towards the altitude. It is advised that if you are planning to go on this trek wear good trekking shoes. 

After walking about 10-15 minutes we reached the beautiful location where we could see the lake and some people around. We had to reach there by Crossing a field. There was a small way made for people to walk and reach the lake. We reached there and i swear the view couldn't be captured as perfectly in the camera as it is in my eyes. The fresh water if the lake under a sunny cloudy weather. It was a perfect place to be in especially in a moonsoon. I and my friend were waiting for the rain and after we settled down fir a while it actually rained. All the sweatiness and heat was gone and cold chilly environment was created. It is a good place to hangout with a group of friends. Family crowd is seen after 9am. All over this place deserves a visit. I bet you will fall in love with it as i did.
