India is a country with 2nd largest population and biggest written constitution. With almost 140 crore people residing in the country, we witness a very diverse culture and tradition. 

We witness diversity in religion, language, food, culture etc. and this has been the reason for India's prosperity.

The journey of development of India has not been easy because it is very hard to drive such a huge country to the heights of development and the reason for India's success has been Unity among its citizens. There is a huge no. of religion prevailing in our country. The main religions are Hinduism, Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, Jainism etc. India has been known for a diverse nature of relationship between these religions. With Hinduism being the majority community of our country, still it is the safest place for the people belonging to the minority community.

Today's blog is a concern I'm the present scenario of our religious unity. We have witnessed a lot of conflicts regarding to the existence of God of respective religions. The political angle in this scenario is making this situation even worse. We are seeing people fighting for the defence of their religion and in this process they have crossed their lines and have forgotten to give respect to each other's religious feelings and beliefs. Using inappropriate words and making unacceptable statements have led to communal rights and has become the cause of loss of life and public properties. Taking instances from some of the major incidents coming from main cities of our country, we have seen a mass mob of people of some respective religions gathering at a place to disturb the peace of the society by using violent methods and in defence our police and administration was forced to take some serious actions.

This present scenario is not acceptable as it is disturbing the overall growth of our country. People here are getting divided on the basis of religion and we have seen this before when there was the rule of British. They also followed the same policy of divide and rule and we have seen the results, i.e, the British rule for over 200 years.

This needs to be looked after seriously and the people responsible for such offensive actions must be punished appropriately to give this message to the country that our country's strength is our communal unity and we will work strictly to maintain our unity.
