As I was reading a spiritual  article the other day, I would like to share the knowledge with my readers. 

There are many questions that come to our minds each day. Some questions are light ones, some are deep and some are even deeper questions. Let me discuss the answers of those questions as much I have read from the articles of Sri Prabhupada.

 Why did we get birth?

 The concept of life and birth is that every body should die one day but the souls never die. If we do good karma and walk on the right path we can reach God and we may never have to take birth Again. But we take birth again because we do not learn our lessons from our previous birth. We do not correct ourselves. We lead a greedy and selfish life and that is the reason our soul do not get relieved. We take birth after birth.

Do souls die like how a body dies?

Souls never die like our bodies. It moves from one body to another. Now there are millions of life forms and sick bodies . In fact when we do not receive Mukti or salvation the soul finds another sick body to take birth again. Actually every body is considered to be sick in some sense. Otherwise it would not die off. But souls are not sick so there is no death of a soul.  

How to not take birth again?

If we do not want to take birth again then we have to long for Mukti or salvation. We have to follow the path of righteousness and have to do the right things. We have to be true and honest. If our life path is good enough to satisfy God, then the almighty would accept our soul and we wont get another birth.  

What is Mukti?

When we have done a good lot of good things in life and lead the life of righteousness then only we can attain Mukti. If we think ill about others and only think of our interests and harm others, then we can never attain salvation. We have to learn from our mistakes and try not to repeat them again. If we continue our past mistakes again and again then pain will be our constant companion and we can never get Mukti.  We have to improve the quality of our lives in its correct way. Not just making a lavish and high standard of living. You can live your life in a small hut but should improve your life each day in order to reach God.
