When Actually Do We Feel Peace?

Everybody loves peace of mind and happiness in life. But how can we feel that peace if we do not shed of those unnecessary garbage's from our minds?

We have to shed of those unnecessary negative feelings, comparisons, competitions, ego, laziness, procrastination, grumbling, backbiting, complaining and many such things to receive that ultimate peace of mind. 

Let me discuss certain points in order to explain what brings the thought of revolt and stress in our minds.

Comparison with others

This is the root of all "peace less-ness" in life. We always start with comparing our marks in class and then it continues for lifetime. Till death. And if we were destined to get senses after death, we humans would end up comparing our deaths with one another ..as to 

β€œ Whose death was better???β€πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ€£.

Every body has different destinies to meet. Even identical twins, so comparing is just waste of time. Its better to play on ground or do gardening instead of comparing with others. You are born with your luck, your hobbies, your likes and dislikes, your choices, your mindset which are unique and different. So comparing your life with others is simply logic less. And this problem causes the maximum trouble in our lives.

Self doubt

Never doubt your capacity and potential. Try to work with whatever potential you have and keep working hard without doubting yourself. Any other human being is as much human being as you are. So if another human being has tried doing then you also can at least try. Success comes to those who has the courage to try. Just keep trying each day with your best effort, and that much only matters. So forget self doubt and just work.

Laziness

Another masterpiece reason for our mental turmoil is laziness. If we can shed off this very β€˜talent’ in us. The rest will be full of peace. 

Procrastination

Never leave your daily target undone . Never think of completing it the next day. Complete it today just like you complete your dinner each day before sleeping. The night sleep and your future will be peaceful enough. Trust me.

Hurry

Now we always rush with our work targets and tasks each day. Do not hurry with your work nd complete it anyhow. Just focus and give your tasks and work its due time. 

Lack of concentration

Today each one of us suffer from lack of concentration. Just focus completely on your current task with mindfulness. The rest will be done well automatically.

Complaining always

Never complain about anything to anyone in your life. Accept everything in your life with a smile, just how a mother loves her very naughty little son doing menaces each moment. Yes, do not ever complain about anything in life. Your problems in life are given to you in life so that you can go ahead in life and you can travel on in life. If you had no problem you would have nothing to d in life. So solve your own problems and stop complaining.

Lack of hard work

Today everybody loves to avoid handwork. Everybody wants to walk the short way. If we can work the hardest way, peace will come in thousand folds. 

Back-biting

Now this is our birth right. We do not like others making it to the top. Neither do we work for ourselves. We keep backbiting. And that's our favorite past time. If you are doing it even now, stop it at once. It wont give you any return except some negativities. 

Ego

Its dangerous if not controlled on time. 

Unnecessary Competition

Why do you need to compete with others? There is absolutely no need. I am giving you an example, you see so many different actors on screen. Do they act the same way? Hrithik has his own style, Ranveer has a different style and so are the others. So we love their work individually. We would not like Hrithik acting like Ranveer? Right? So we are also the same. We have our own individualities in life. Respect them and accept them to excel in life. 

Negative mindset

Do everything with positivity. Tell yourself I will die in next 2 minutes and the work I am doing now( Say you are making tea) is all that I have to do in life and after that work I have to do nothing more in life. So do that last task with your best effort. So do each work in a day with that attitude. The next moment you are dying. So do that last task with positivity and your best efforts. 

Hey guys, rock on your life with this few points to bring peace in your life. Coz if your mind is in peace, you are going to enjoy every moments of your life.
