This topic should be one of the most discussed thing in todays world.
Today we all want to do something to earn some money. And the most preferable option for us is to join some company and earn a fixed amount of money at the end of the month.
And in this process of earning we never look at the working hours and the requirement of the job.
Most of the people who works in a private company have a working hour of more than nine hours. And the office distance from your home is also a factor. So getting ready , travelling to the working place and then completing the work hours and then again returning to your home and then settling down . This whole process requires at least thirteen to fourteen hours and even more than that. Then you have to keep a resting or sleeping time of at least 6 hours minimum in a day. So twenty hours gone.
Then you are left with just four hours.
So now tell me how can you manage if you are having a family with a child?
4 hours is not a time that can qualify for quality time for a child. And moreover you have your own space and time with husband and pother members of the family. And the house you are living requires some care. Your garden and pets require some time.
So if you want to live life to the fullest with a private job, then its actually or really not possible but we ideally manage to do that calling it the go of the day.
In this process of leading a life where both the husband and wife are working for money, its still okay if they are only there in the family. But if you are planning for a little baby who is to be brought up well into a good and healthy human being both mentally and physically. Then that is actually not possible.
Nowadays couples stay in nuclear families where they don't have their parents and in-laws also so bringing a child into this world would actually give an improper life to the child.
But working couples do not understand that thing when they plan for a baby.
They think that its okay they will manage some quality time with their babies.
If one of the partners are working it still is okay if you plan for the baby but not otherwise.
Working hours in private sectors today are too much time consuming these days. The timings are so made that the employee cannot manage a perfect timing with their family life. And that's what is bringing frustrations and different kind of dissatisfaction in millions of families today.
Children are not being looked after properly due to this money earning process.
A child needs much more than money to grow up to be a proper human. But that part is not been taken care by any of the parents today.
Everybody wants to earn money and make use of their education and talent at the cost of their peaceful and blessed family life.
Now the problem is not getting recognized because in countries like India there are still many families who have one of the parents working or grand parents staying with the child.And in many families only one parent is working.
But if every couple plans to work for fifteen hours in an office and then bring up a child , then they are doing utter injustice to their own life and that also the life they are bringing forth.
A little child is like a small tender plant who require lots of care and nourishment and care and presence of the family members.
If the adult family members are always working out of the house and if the little child is always left alone with the care giver or baby sitter. This will only manage the situation but may fail to bring up the child into a proper grown up in future.
Many couples will challenge me on this blog. I have nothing to argue in this matter. I am just expressing my mind through logical thinking and practical observation.
If these kind of working hours and this set up of family life is okay and alright with any family or couple, I have nothing to object with anyone.
