Many of us actually feel success in the form of material goods like house, car, assets, money and so on. 

But success is nothing but just a state of mind. Even if you are very rich and you have 5 houses and 10 cars you may not feel the essence of success . This realization of success has to be exercised by us. And if we do not  cultivate it in our minds , we can never feel the essence of being successful. 

Suppose I have a talent of singing like many of us have but I have never thought of making it as something which would give me success in life.

I might never have thought of success without thinking of money. We all think and dream of success as to have lots of money. But success has nothing to do with a lot of money. 

Success is just having a self satisfaction in whatever we do. Suppose if you have a singing talent and you create a YouTube channel and post every week on it, your contents. You might not get immediate results. But when your YouTube channel attracts a huge audience  and in about a couple of years you get to earn quite a good number of subscribers, you actually feel your success. This is because you get the results of working hard. and eventually you also get some earning from YouTube. This is not having a lot of money . That your efforts got identified and acknowledged is what gives you the joy. And you get to feel very very successful.

b So the mistake which wee all do in our lives is that we see success as having  a lot of money , a huge house, many cars and so on. Sadly those cannot define your success if you are not satisfied from your inner soul. 

So you have to reach that mental condition where you actually feel satisfaction in whatever you do and feel the success for yourself. 

We need to seek for success in our little ways and this should not lead to only want for expensive things. You can well earn success from doing usual everyday job with the best of your potential. Even that can give you a state of mind which defines success.

So our way of thinking has got lots to do with our success and success is not measured by money or power only. Yes its a part of it but just a minor part. The greatest success is achieved when you feel the success from your mind and soul..
