Fitness is the one thing nowadays which is the very important things in our lives. We were not so much conscious in the previous few decades about fitness but now in this decade we are looking forward to our fitness, body mass, figure and health to a large extent….!! This approach is something which can help us to build a healthy nation as well. In Japan you cannot be obese and that's a national rule. If you are obese you have to be penalized and punished. Being obese is a crime in Japan. But don't you think this approach of Japan has led it to a great success. In japan there are about 50000 people who age more than hundred. Isn't that a miracle ?? We Indians can hardly think of living life for 60 years without health issues.
So today I would like you to share my experiences with some fitness apps which can actually inspire you to do good to yourself simply by walking. There are two apps which I have been using for quite sometime now. And they have been immensely helpful in making me fit both mentally and physically. I have become much more energetic and active in my life processes and trust me, I get a good sleep, good digestion and my mental health is just awesome. There are many reasons for this but one of the reason is surely the two apps which I have been using for months.

This app is a wonderful app. This app is a walking app. You only have to walk out carrying your mobile with you. Your walking steps and calories and distance covered will be measured by this app, instantly. This app is quite inspiring and rewarding too. You can earn points by walking and the more you walk the more is your point. But that's not all…With the points that you have gathered you can do shopping from the app…Isn't that exciting?? There are plenty of events and competitions of walking which you can participate and earn rewards and prizes also…which are absolutely free…!! This is the best app for walking which I have come across so far…!!And the best part is that. I have lost 5 kilos weight in the last few months simply by walking out with this app.
Samsung Health
Now this is an inbuilt app with my Samsung android mobile. This is also a simple and very good app to measure your steps. in this app you have to input your height, weight and such details…the app will tell you, how may steps you need to walk out….That's all…!! Just walk those steps out daily .. to loose up kilos of weight within few months….!!
Isn't that wonderful and easy…??
For lazy people like me who don't want to do much workout, these two apps are great ones…I actually wait each day, when to complete my walking sessions so that I can earn the points…..so that I can do some shopping….😁😎
