Today is just the day after Saraswati Puja and just as we started our regular lifestyle, we saw the news getting viral . This nightingale of India passed away today. This is actually the end of an era. 

Lata Mangeshkar is the most talented female singer in our country. Undoubtedly no voice could surpass that golden voice. There has been many talented singers coming and going but no one could surpass the voice of this nightingale. 

In this blog , I would not describe about something that everybody knows about Lataji, rather I would try to focus about the type of life that Lataji used to lead throughout her living years. 

Discipline

Lata Mangeshkar was such a lady who used to follow strict restrictions about the maintenance of her voice. She used to lead a very disciplined lifestyle in order to reach the epitome of success. She used to maintain discipline in her food habits. She avoided smoking and drinking. 

Spirituality

She was a spiritual lady and prayed to God each day. 

Determination

Lata ji was very much determined to perform her songs well. Whenever some song was given to her, she used to thoroughly grasp the song with all her determination so that no fault could be found in her performance.

Sincerity

She was the most sincere student to every teacher she met throughout her lifetime. This is as per the statements made by those great teachers to whom Lataji was a student. This utmost sincerity with which Lataji took up her career was the key reason for her success. No body could doubt her sincerity. She used to perform every task given to her with sincerity. 

Practice

Riyaaz as we call it. She used to practice her singing lessons each day with her mind and soul. The RIyaaz timings were also many hours as per the statements given by the known people of Lataji.  She was totally passionate about music and used to spend hours not before the mirror but before her harmonium and tanpura.  This dedication towards performing her riyaaz took her to such great heights of success. 

Sports

Lataji was a very good supporter of sports especially cricket. She used to watch cricket regularly and used to enjoy the game very much. 

It takes lots of passion and love for a subject to reach to a height that Lata Mangeshkar has reached. Without such dedication and handwork no body can reach that epitome of success that Lataji has reached.
