Today late marriages are very common in our society. Women and Men take a substantial time to make their financial arrangements and then they settle down in their marital life. 

There is nothing to say against this new trend because if the couple do not have financial security, they will definitely have to face problems after having a child or two. 

But this planned pregnancy after thirty years of age is something which is also becoming hard for the mothers. There are many complications coming in terms of pregnancy and the child health. 

Some major problems that comes after thirty for women is that the egg count decreases. Women are born with a fixed quantity of egg from birth .This egg count gets decreased with time and by the time they reach thirty years of age, the egg count reaches quite down.  This gives rise to pregnancy issues and women are seen to suffer a lot getting pregnant or delivering without complications. 

Women are advised to stop smoking and drinking and they are also prescribed to go for a healthy diet plan. A good sleep cycle and exercise is also a must for every women trying for a pregnancy after thirty. 

Working with laptop and mobile phones have to be decreased because these effects the chances the conceiving. Doctors also suggest for going close to nature. 

For men , it is advisable to stop smoking, drinking and avoid biking as much possible. Men are also suggested to keep the laptop away from their laps. This rises the chances of male infertility.

Today women are mostly getting pregnant after thirty or thirty five. These are creating issues in the conceiving processes. So many cases are suggested to go for an IUI or an IVF. these are the normal trends these days. 

In case of IuI women are given medicines and some other medications to get conceiving . here the egg get fertilized inside the mothers womb with some external inducement.

But in case of IvF the pregnancy is external. here the egg is fertilised in the lab with the husbands sperm and then the zygote is induced into the womb of the mother for baby formation. 

these processes are very complex process and these processes are also costly processes. But today mostly women are getting married at thirty and planning for a baby after thirty five. This is the normal trend of these days. but these trend is generating a lot of pregnancy issues and also various complications. .So if you are planning for a baby and you are getting to marry at thirty, then its better to try for a baby as soon possible, because that reduces the complications.
