When couples become parents they get to learn many things in life. So its very important for us to know all about it.

Today I would not talk about parenting ways or anything of that sort. 

Today I would like to portray one very fascinating side of parent psychology which I have observed . And this is very prominent in every species I guess.

You will see when a couple become parents they obviously will love their child dearly but the problem is that when somebody else comes to take care of their baby they cannot tolerate any kind of deficient trait in the care giver or the baby sitter.

Today both the parents are working in some or the other way. So both are busy. They have to keep their child with a care giver, a baby sitter or their own family.

 But the problem is that they miss their child so much during work that when they come back from work they feel that nobody took care of the child and somehow they miss their own care taking process and intimacy with the child.

 Sometimes the baby sitter or the care giver are so badly misbehaved by the parents that they feel badly insulted . Some care givers get so much insulted that they broke up badly and promise never to continue with the job of a baby sitter or a care giver.

Same thing happens with a family member. If there is an aged grandparents in the family or some other kind family members in the family, the parents would ask for their help to look after their child but they would never tolerate any deficiency or any fault of the family members also. Some times the parents become so very touchy about their child that they simply behave rudely with the family members even bringing tears in their eyes. 

 Not all parents are like that though. I have seen so many parents who are so liberal and kind towards the care taker of their child. 

 But mostly parents behave in a very selfish way. 

 Why cant couples who are parents of a new born or little baby learn the ethics of behaving properly with the care givers. They need to understand that they have got no time for the child. They value money more than the child. Then does they have any right to badly insult any care giver who is actually doing no wrong to the child or any family member who is actually doing a charity to the parents actually??

Many parents behave in such a way that they can buy anything with money , even the love for a child and the care for a child.

It is not a child's game to bring up a child into a proper human being so if parents do not have compassion towards others who take care of their child then how come they expect so much from them. They are actually raising the child like Maa Yashoda , foster mother of Lord Krishna… so no thanks can actually balance the immense love and care that they show towards the child.

A little gesture of kindness, humility and compassion towards these baby sitters or care givers is very very important for any parents. And if they fail in that, no money can adjust with the injustice done to them.
