I am writing this blog with a hope that my friends who are going to read this one may get some valuable information in their life.
Actually its just my observation from life. I have seen whenever I have been very very disturbed I have ended up with getting annoyed and out of anger I have shouted, screamed ,fought and uttered hurting words to other people in my family..and so on. Ultimately this has given me a lot of dissatisfaction. It all starts from getting disturbed by a thought or someone else's behavior.
Now the point is that If you can control your mind and motivate your mind to have patience when your mind gets disturbed, you have won the battle. After years of observing my mind and my temperament I have come up with a wise solution and that is to practice patience.
We get annoyed in an impulse and that destroys our mental calm. I have seen that whenever we let go our mental calm, its there where the trouble starts.
I think in whatever we are doing, and whatever trouble comes our way, we need to practice patience. And trust me patience alone serves it all. All your work will get done if you only have patience in every little work you are doing. We get impatient generally in whatever task we have to complete in a day and that is enough to create stress in us.
But if we are patient with our tasks and complete each work one by one without thinking about the targets. Then it becomes very easy to complete each task and reach our target everyday.
I often used to get stressed about each days work , and then slowly I discovered that patience is the only answer to my problem.
Now I have only target to attain each day in my life, and that is to complete each task patiently without thinking how much I have got to complete. I just keep doing them one by one with patience. I do not think about my target, I only concentrate on doing each task patiently with love . And at the end of the day , I hardly find any tsk undone. I even find a lot of extra time to enjoy my leisure.
And the best part of having patience is that I am never stressed out these days because before I used to overthink much instead of completing my tasks, but now my focus is on completing each task. I hardly get any time to overthink and that has taken my stress away..
