Anxiety Should Be Solved By Any Means For A Person

Anxiety

Why do we have so much of anxiety in life? Why is there so much of worries and anxiety in life which we cannot handle very well? I think to know the answer of that we need to ask ourselves why we have anxiety in doing something and why at all we are worried about certain specific things in life ? If we can answer those questions, we definitely can at least find a solution of our anxiety. Most people in this world cannot understand why they are so much worried and why they are always angry with others and always disturbed in life. 

Why do you have an anxiety?

Its because we are not able to solve our unwanted worries. We want to solve them but we do not understand where we are actually having the worries. We do not always find a safe friend or trusted person to express our worries and our noise happening within our minds. So its very difficult to find out our solution and we become more and more introvert if we cannot find a trusted place to express our worries. This leads to something critical like an anxiety. 

What if you do not have a house , or job, or family?

Many people in this world do not even know what's a family, a job, and what a home or house is. If you have at least one of them within these be thankful. But the interesting part is that these people are also leading life and trust me, not all are having anxiety. If you You might have known about ‘Bauls’ from Bengal and ‘fakirs' who also do not have any home, family or job as such, but they do not have something called as an anxiety. They are free souls. So if you have a house, a family and a support system you should feel all the more blessed . Do not worry about anything in life. Life itself is not gonna stay after sometime. So concentrate on your work , even if you do not get much paid, do not worry. Keep doing your job, or hobbies or work you are interested with. Remember one thing, every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Today you give your best, someday you will get back the best with interest. So chill and be happy that you have something in life which you can do. 

What if you miss something in life?

We all miss many thing in life. Right now I am missing my maternal grandma, paternal grandpa, maternal uncle and my mothers third elder sister, my aunty very much. They are no more in this world. But can I get them back? Never. So if you miss someone or something, just think of that thing or person and write about it, talk about it, think of their smile, personality and goodness and feel happy that you are blessed that you had them in your life. And if you miss some material thing in life, then try to find out its importance and role in your life. And why you miss them. Say for example ,if you miss money in life and if you do not have food to eat then definitely try earning money because a person has to feed himself. Or look for a friend who can support you with food. But just try out a way of earning. That's important.

Did you have anxiety when you were a child ? Why not?

Because you had some fixed work given to you by your parents and teachers which you need to complete and then go to sleep after some food and play. Its that simple. So why cant you do the same now. You do your work, play , eat and sleep. Or set up some work for yourself daily, do them, exercise, cook, eat, sleep. Its as simple as that.

Why do you create such ambitions for which you do not have a strategy or a well defined plan? If you do not have that , then cancel that ambition and look for another ambition for which you have a strategy or a plan. Because every unknown paths create anxiety. So at least create a plan in steps then think of that ambition. Else you end up life in anxiety. But let me tell you, if you can handle this high intensity of anxiety and then come back with a solution then also its something worthy. But very rarely people can lead life nicely after accepting  all the anxieties in life.
