Uhh, i really feel under-joyed while i write this and i want you to read my thoughts. At the end, ask yourself, do you feel the same as i do?

Now to start with this, we need to travel back to time and land ourselves exactly where we got independence. Our nation had just won the biggest battle by freeing itself and its people from the Britishers, right. There were reforms on everything but very few then, might have imagined that education would pay such role in future.

Have you ever thought that who inculcated the very base of education? have you ever tried to think that what do the most demanding schools in the country drive their very soul from? I bet you didn't.

No matter how much you mock or hate the britishers, but their is one such thing and the most powerful one for which you will surely lesser your hate against them and that is education. 

The Britishers were the one who inculcated the value based education in our country, yes they were the ones who bought missionary schooling in our country, so in one sense they have done their part, right? yes they did.

Now let's dive in after we received our independence. Let's be straight enough, we must have focused on skill from the very bigining our our independence. Today Skills play the most important role even more than education. It does not matter how educated you are but it does matter how skilled and capable you are for doing a particular task or job.

The Schools and Colleges must add skill development courses and practical module for students in order to shape them and make them future proof for the corporate tomorrow. The main reason why even the good students end up without a job in their hand is because of lack of skill.

These days the companies are in search for candidates who are skilled and are capable enough to do the said tasks, it does not matter how educated and qualified you are because you still have to undergo the training process which will be the same for the ones who are no that educated. 

So, here is the case, how can you increase your skill and be capable enough to be ready to enter the corporate world :

1. Public Speaking : Yes, this is the most important skill which every individual with the corporate boundaries must possess.
2. Problem Solving : The problem solving skill is in high demand as organisation need and are in search for the problem solver. You should be ready to face any problem and come out with a solution. This will not only boost your problem solving skills but will also increase your leadership skills as well.

So her is the catch, youths now days must focus of skill development and training and should also carry education hand in hand.
