As we grow up, we all get busy in our responsibilities and thoughts. We didn't even get a time to meet our precious friends. Something like that happened to us as well… We hardly see each other now. Messaging and calling is we surely do regularly but seeing someone face to face is something else, that you also can agree with me.

            So after long time we decided to meet eachother. I tried to leave from work early, but as universe have that unwritten law, “when you wanted to leave early, exactly at that day something will appear to make you delay…” so, as for that I somehow rushed and manage to reach at the garden where were we meeting around 8:00 pm. I called him from the gate asking, “Have you arrived ? Where are you?” He respond, “ Yes, I am at our usual spot, Where we used to meet.” Our usual spot is Center part of that garden, where they have made one big circle from those colourful tiles.

And as I thought, at this time there's only watch-man and couples were there in the garden. I saw him sitting right in the middle of that colourful circle of tiles. I approached him and jokingly asked, “ Are you doing some photoshoot or anything princess…” 

            He looked at me with irritated expression and said, “ Madam, from next time if you are gonna be late just let me know in advance , so I will come prepared, I'll bring tent⛺, bedsheet and stove as well 😒” I said sorry and set beside him. I asked him how is it going with his family and girlfriend. I taunt him, “is she gonna be break the record of 1 year (as his relationships only works for less then 1 year) or he already got bored from her. How's his life going?” He laid down right there and said, “I think I am serious this time, she is nice girl.” I also laid besides him using my bag as cushion. It's bit awkward but as I saw upward, I got stunned by the beauty of sky filled with stars and a full moon. I didn't know that our city has this much beautiful sky. I guess we both got hypnotized by that view, cause for 2-3 minutes no-one said anything. I wanted that time should just stop right here and I enjoy this soft breeze and loveliest sky view for whole my life. And I thought he is thinking the same thing. 

              So, I just turned my head towards him and asked, “Hey can you guess what's going on inside my head right now?” (girls and their idiotic questions! I know right!)… 

He didn't even looked at me and said, “You are thinking, This time should just stop right here. So, you can capture this beautiful moment in your eyes and heart as much as you can.” I have to say, I got impressed. I said, “ man! you really now me too well. dude, I was exactly thinking that, but not as much poetic as you phrase it.” 

            He smirked and said, “ it's too comman thought. You all girls are just too typical, all thinking same. I brought my girlfriends here many times before. They think same as what you had in your mind. It's too boring and predictable. Can you guess what's going in my mind?” I got little angry on his this kind of attitude and also got angry as he shared this our special spot with some of his girlfriends, which are not even permanent. So, just give him answer I said, “Mr. Different. You also thinking same thought as me. Like this sky is so beautiful and all. How can you ignore it's beauty and have anything else in your mind!”  and I looked at him as I tackled him. He looked at me and smiled. He said, “ Nope. I was thinking, it would be so great if my girlfriend would be here instead of you. I might have kissed her right now. The set up is perfectly romentic… ” He laughed and continued, “But now it's just you beside me. Totally useless for moments like this. My “good” friend." 

           I don't know what got over me that time, but I sit up, move closer to him bend over his face and kissed him. The breeze which felt cool before 2 seconds now feeling little warm. My heart felt a little heavy and my lips taste a little sweet. But the very next moment I realised my foolishness, my stupidity. I slide a little apart from him. He also raise up and set there. He didn't said a word. That silence made me more ashamed of myself. I grabbed my bag, stand up and said, “I think I have to go, it's too late now.” He never even looked at me and said, “ok… go carefully. I'll message you later.” 

I almost like run away from there straight to my bed… I didn't even had a courage to message him…
