She thought as she anyway not gonna meet that boy again in her life, She didn't bother to contact him for what he had paid 1000 rupees for.
1 week had passed after that crazy incident. and she even started to forget about that. and suddenly she got message from unknown number, “Hi, How are you? I guess you forgot something.” she had her doubt but she replied, “sorry, who is this?” and reply came, “Sorry I forgot to introduce myself, I am Aashish. we first met at a X-companies interview round, 1 week ago. You had a deal with me. then you broke it. now you remember?” She got furious, ‘how he even got her number. He is totally a stalker and now she is in a big trouble’, but before she do anything another message pop up. “Don't worry to much. I am not gonna stalk you or force you for anything. As I told you, I just got curious about you and wanted to know about you more. but you really did Froud me. and I was only upset about that.”
As she read, she felt guilty. She did use that money she got from him. So she replied, “look, I am really sorry and I am ready to give you back your money. give me your' account details and i'll transfer them.” He replied, “No need you can keep them, it's like fees to teach me lesson to not trust any girl anymore. 😔” She thought, ‘Now this is something they called emotional blackmail.’ she understood very well what he's trying to do there, but also she got little interested too. So, she replied, “Ok mister Drama, I got it. we can start a friendship atleast and that way you will know about me. To calm down your curiosity.” He replied, “Sounds good to me."
And just like that they started to message each other and within a month they got too close. In all that newly made Friendship commotion she forgot to ask him, “How he got her number?” But She was conscious about not telling him any personal details the whole time. A month pass happily and she felt, she found an amazing friend, Their interview results also came she passed all rounds this time. and was waiting for her offer letter. He got rejected in a first one only, but he was happy for her and he didn't even look that much serious about this whole job thing. And then he suggest her for a meeting somewhere, “She suggested coffee-house near to her home.” and they planned for a meeting.
He was already there when she reached. He really had put some efforts to get dressed up and all. He really look some kind of famous or influential person. she noticed that almost every girl present there was taking glance at him and she got kind of proud feeling as he stand up and lean forward to greet her.
She told him every eyes here is on him, he did have something in him. As she remined him about how they met story he also laughed. they talked like hours there. As she realized how much time has passed, they got up to leave. He said as he accompany her at the bus stop, “So, now are you ready to date me? Now I am not stranger anymore?” she smiled at him and said, “here we go again… let me tell you one thing straight. I am not a good person as you think. I really not believe in that love and thing. If i am gonna even merry someone, I am gonna marry them only for money. did you understand. and it's good what we have now, right… let's just keep it that way.”
He took a pause and said, “ What if I become some rich guy. At least then will you think about me.” She smiled, she remembered his that not tacking ‘No for an Answer’ nature. and said to tease him, “Will see that when you ‘become’ that rich guy…” He said, “Ok, Just wait here for 2 mins.” she laughed as she got a Deja vu. and he just ran somewhere, away from her eyesight. She was looking in the direction he was gone. She thought, “I guess, he have this ‘wait here for 2 min’ habit whenever she ask something from him.” She smiled at herself thinking, 'what a cartoon person she had found.' She was so lost in her thoughts, she didn't notice the White Mercedes just stopped in front of her. Car's back window glass rolled down and she saw Ashish seating inside. He ducked out of the window like child and asked, “Can I drop you somewhere ma'am.” She looked that view for a minuets with a surprise. and as he opened the door for her. Her first question was, “from where did you even arranged it.” He step out from the car as she didn't entered in. He said, “ It's mine. I mean, my father gifted me. but technically it's mine. I am only sun of XX business man. and I am ready to give everything I have, to you.”
She didn't believe that she had known someone this big for whole time. She just too surprised to say anything. He continued, “Sooo, do now you can think about dating me?" She got to her sense, she smiled at him and said, “No, I Still don't want to do that, I am happy just having a rich friend by my side. Can't actually handle anything more then that…”
He got furious over it. He forgot that they are standing at the bus stop. He grabbed her shoulder and asked, “am I that bad?” She said, “Nope, it's just I don't wanted to fake anything with you. and I really can't just feel that Love thing for you. That's all.” He had just enough, with her non-sense. He got into the car and leave without saying anything else.
She saw her bus coming as he leaves. She got into the bus thinking to herself, “why she rejected the opportunity she was wetting for to long. why she behaved like that? even she didn't understand that. Maybe she's not into that much in money? Or maybe she just not all that fake she thinks about herself…"
