MAFTOUL SALAD

INGREDIENTS

• 100 gm of lettuce.
• 30 gm of raisins ( dry grapes ).
• 1 spring of spring onion.
• 5 gm of couscous.
• 200 gm of pomegranate.
• 6 to 7 number of olive.
• 1 number of tomato.
• 1 number of lemon.
• 1 tbsp of olive oil.
• 1 pinch of salt.
• 1 pinch of pepper.
• 50 gm of quinoa.
• 1 tbsp of fetta cheese for twist.

COUSCOUS :- Couscous is a pasta made from semolina ( sooji ) flour mixed with water.

PREPARATION METHOD

• First all vegetable wash one by one. And also wash the lettue and rinse it.
• Then soak the couscous in some warm water, and also soak the raisins in warm water.
• Then boil quinoa untill it getting softness. After boiling take it out and keep aside to cooldown.
• Cut the spring onion in half inch pieces.
• Cut the one tomato in 8 pieces.
• Then started to make dressing with pomegranate juice, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and papper.
• After that toss all ingredients in dressing.
• At last garnish with feta cheese crumble top on salad.
• Salad ready to serve.
• Arrange in a serving plate and serve.

EXOTICA SALAD

INGREDIENTS

• 1 no. Of onion.
• 1 no. Of tomato.
• 100 gm of ice berg.
• 1 no. Of capsicum.
• 1 no. Of apple.
• 3 tbsp mayonise.
• 1 pinch of salt.
• 2 pinch of pepper.
• 1 pinch of sugar.
• Pomegranate for garnish.

Note:- you can use small tomato in salad. Small tomato is better than big tomato.

PREPARATION METHOD

• Clean the onion.
• Wash the all vegetable and rinse water.
• Cut the all vegetable in cube style pieces.
• Then make a dressing with mayonise, salt, pepper and sugar.
• After that all cutting vegetables mix with mayonise dressing.
• Then transfer in a serving plate.
• Arrange the plate and garnish with pomegranate.
• Serve.

GARDEN FRESH GREEN SALAD

Garden fresh green salad is a normal salad. It have mix up some fresh vegetable cuts only.

Normally using vegetable ingredients is cucumber, carrot, tomato, onion, green chilly and lemon.

All vegetables cut into slice pieces, and arrange in different style in serving plate to serve.

In this salad nothing have any spices or herbs to make this, also nothing have any dressing , it can it only simple fresh vegetables.

If you want to add another green vegetables in this salad, you can add add raw eatable fresh vegetables to make this salad.
