“Hara bhara kebab are vegetarian kebab, which is made with vegetables, spinach, potato, and green peas”
Normally, Have different type of vegetable kebab, and also different type of cooking style as like charcoal grilled, oven grilled, deep frying, shallow frying and pan frying. Today I am going to telling about spinach potato kebab, which is you can do deep fry or shallow fry. It is the great snacks in a party . As well as you can eat like as snacks or stater. It can also use as a patties in burger. It is a delicious snacks or stater have all time
INGREDIENTS
Spinach
green chilli chopped
capsicum finely chopped
french beans chopped
fresh green peas
potato bolied and grated
fresh coriander leaves
roasted channa powder
bread crumbs
kashmiri chilli powder (optional)
turmeric powder (optional)
coriander powder
garam masala powder
dry mango powder
Salt to taste
breadcrumbs
cashewnu
Sunlower Oil
METHOD
Firstly blanched the spinach, after blanched put on ice for cool down
In a pan heat oil and add garlic, ginger, and green chili.
Then add capsicum saute it till moisture is gone.
Then add beans and fresh green peas, saute well.
Transfer in a bowl and wait for cool down
Then put in a blender along with blanched spinach.
Blend to make a coarse paste.
Transfer the blended paste to a large mixing bowl.
Then add grated potato and coriander leaves chopped. Mix it
Then add roasted channa powder and bread crumbs.
Then add cumin powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, chaat masala, garam masala powder, and salt, mix well.
Grease hand with oil and make small patties.
Cover the patties with bread crumbs.
Now fry the cashew nut.
Then deep fry the prepared patties in oil or shallow fry in a pan
After ready take it out on a plate and garnish with fried cashew nut.
Now you can serve HARA BHARA kebab with mint chutney or sauce.
NOTE Must add finely chopped coriander root in paste after blend.
Kebab has good nutrition, vitamins, and minerals. But don't have cholesterol
