“GRILLER” in which a metal frame that you put food on to cook over an open fire, And this is a part of a cooker where the food is cooked by heat from above.

     After lockdown, I had no job, then I started to search for a job in an online workindia app. So I got a job in BUDTEASER FOOD VAN.(After so many searches, How I got this job, I told you in the next article.)

     Now, the 1st day of my duty, we are making all mis-en-place after that going to our selling point. There I am not making any ala-cart order, because this is my 1st day. I am just observing everything, like how order is coming, what order is coming, what people demand, which food is running order... etc.

      The next morning I am went to the market to absorb market business. Then I am looked at this market. It is very dull for the food business. There is no good food and also there is no grilled food in the whole market, so at that time I think if we start grilling food we can improve our business. After returning to my place, I am talking with the owner about starting a grill food business.So he likes my idea, and agrees to start grilled food. Then he asked me what type of griller can we buying, Normally in market had available 2type of griller one is charcoal griller and another is gas griller, first we talk about charcoal griller,if we buy charcoal grill its good for cook, we can make charcoal grilled tasty food but if we buy charcoal griller then have so much problem, carring problem,cleaning problem, then after work didn't carry because after cook food griller had so much heat for long time cause of charcoal so we can't fast carry after work. Then we decided to buy a gas griller because it can carry easily, clean easily and the main thing after work we can carry because gas griller cooldown quickly. Then we went to the market to buy a grill but didn't get a griller in our market, so we went to another market around 30km from our market and bad luck once more we didn't get a griller at them. Then we finally decided to go to a smart city market, a smart city market distance around 120km from our place, so we closed our food van for 2 days and next day went to the city, and finally we got a gas griller. That night  stayed there and the next morning bad luck came back again because the next day India closed for 1 day after that my owner had got an accident. The doctor told him to take bed rest for 15 days. Then the owner goes home. After 10 days, the owner came back with a griller, then we started grilled food after almost 15 days. 

Now we have good selling of grilled food(chicken, meat.etc...)😋😋😋😋😋😋😋
