Health,a unique gift,

 

As we all know health is very important in this busy lifestyle .We all know good health is very important for any type of job I.e. physical or mental .Health plays a vital role in one's own life. But we cannot consider a person healthy whether he /she has no any physical or mental disease as "health is a state of being well enough to  function  physically, mentally and socially well being. It means that, a person who has no any physical or mental disease, can be termed as disease free but we cannot say him as healthy because health is considered    by all these criteria i.e. physical ,mental and social. A person who has no  any physical or mental disease but is  affected by some social stress ,can not  be considered as healthy.We  we all are aware of it that social stress can lead to damage to health as it is  like obstacle a which makes us unable to follow our daily routine.Thus ,slowly with the effect of social stress we can also get affected by many physical or mental disease.

Now, I am going to tell you some of the important ways to keep yourself free of any type of physical or mental health issue, which are as follows:-

1}Try to wake up early in the morning between 4 a.m. to 6 a.m.

2} In this interval (between 4 a.m. to 6 a.m.),do/take  some regular meditation .(you can also use meditation music available on youtube,but use a earphone for better results.)

3}Try to take some daily exercises.

4}You can also use meditation music while sleeping.

5}Try to speak as much as required.

6}Try to make as much short calls as possible.

7}Always take balanced diet.

8} Avoid market products as much as you can. (Especially oily food)

 

Now ,I tell you some of the major benefits of taking exercise:-

1}It increases the flow of blood within the cells of the body.

2}It brings the body in its proper shape and posture.

3}It helps to increase the height of the body ,which brings a attractive personality to one's body.

4}It helps to bring more flexibility in the body.

5}It also helps in development of mind.

2}It also helps to develop immume system.
