We all are struggling  day and night to achieve the best possible means of life i.e.,money to buy all the luxurious things so as to satisfy our ego which is controlled by the society.

Yes it is true and we all know that out of the 10 wishes that we are hounding for half of them are for the sake of walking side by side of the new trends of the society which never stops but puts our mind and our efforts to work more harder and harder to run for what that can never give us the peace of mind.

“Peace of mind” is what  should be the goal of our life.And to succeed in this path needs enormous amount of sacrifice (towards materialistic things).For example if we are buying the latest version of a phone say let us take an example  as iPhone.Well we all know that we have been made to believe that buying iPhone is not a need but a choice of showing off our wealth as compared to others which makes you believe that you stand out in the crowd or you match the right kind of crowd(all the users of the same brand).
 

But every 6months or so  there is another version of the phone coming up that makes you feel  unimportant and less ’cool’ and you almost forget the joy of buying that phone on the first day and you fall under the trap of blowing your hard earned money for the next one.And this is a never ending maze of craving for more.All these never satisfies our soul and we make our feelings dependent on the feelings of the materialistic items that we possess.
Peace of mind comes from the withdrawl  of  the greedy nature.
 

So,it is very important in life is to start any work with full confidence and a smile on the face,no matter what the circumstances may be we should always be positive towards life.This positive attitude will lead us to success in life.Few changes in our habits can help us to achieve this which are the following:-

1.Early to bed and early to rise.

2.Avoiding junk foods because we are what we eat.

3.Reading books(own choice) to gain knowledge because it is man‘s best friend.

4.Exercise daily- Yoga can be the best option.

5.Love yourself no matter what others think about you.Trust yourself and move forward in life.
