Hello Folks,
I hope you guys are keeping healthy and safe!! In today's blog I am going to talk about the challenges in life. We all at some point in our life go through a series of challenges back to back. And we start feeling miserable about life. We start asking God Why Me?? Why do I have to suffer every time? What wrong I have done in life that I deserve all this pain?? And so on. We feel depressed, we feel hurt as we are are at the most vulnerable state of our mind. But its absolutely normal. We all go through this and we all as a human beings have a tendency to behave in a similar pattern in such situations.
But its okay to feel this way. You cannot be strong all the time. You cannot stop overthinking at such times. In Marathi there is a saying which my mother always used to say “ Aaliya Bhogasi, Asaave Saadar.”I never really understood the meaning of it back then but now as I am experiencing my own life I realized how true those lines are. It literally translates into “ Whatever comes your way as your fate you got to accept it and be ready for it always.”
You know when I feel low in such situations I let my mind do its analysis for sometime. I let all those thoughts to come in and go. Then once I am done. I allow myself to calm down for a few minutes. Sit in silence and counter answer all those questions myself which had bothered me so far. I start manipulating and giving justifications and reasoning to my own questions. Trust me guys we all have this power. As our mind can think of questions it can also think of answers. We ourselves have answers to all our questions. It's just that we need to give that time to our mind to think and then rest for sometime. It automatically start giving you solutions. Try it sometimes. It does work. Do not force yourself to stop thinking. Let your mind do its working and observe your thoughts. You would be surprised to see a tremendous transition in your thoughts.
Believe me guys our thoughts are very powerful. So be very conscious of what you are thinking always. Initially you might have to make conscious efforts but with practice it will become your habit and you would be able to face any challenges in your life as bravely as a warrior.
Remember…. Be a Warrior and not a Worrier!!!
