Sources of Noise Pollution:

The major sources of noise pollution are natural and man-made.  Natural resources include thunderstorms, storms, torrential rains, lightning, and so on.

Man-made resources are divided into two categories i.e. non-industrial and industrial

A). Non-industrial resources

These resources include home-made meditation, airplanes, motor vehicles, railway traffic, crowded market noise, etc.  Household noise sources mainly include television, radio, kitchen appliances such as mixers, grinders, etc., washing machines, pressure cooker whistles, telephone sounds, air conditioners, etc.  Noise pollution is caused by noise in our festivals, cultural events, public festivities.

The following results are seen in the auditory effect.

1) Contraction of blood vessels and muscles can cause pain in the skin and high blood pressure.

  2) Muscle contraction causes leukemia, mental stress or confusion.

3) It also affects a person's physical ability and behavior.  This causes damage to the heart, brain, kidneys, liver as well as adverse effects on emotional discomfort.

 4) Constant exposure to sound causes some defects in bodily functions.  E.g.  Excessive mental stress, sweating, vomiting, harmful changes in actions, insomnia, etc. can also pose a physical risk to the growing infant.  Noise pollution also has a detrimental effect on wildlife, ie on their behavior and on the body.  At the same time, there are changes and adverse effects between their eating and breeding capacity and habits
