Technology is so overwhelming at times. From social media to podcasts to even this blog! We're on our screens almost all the time. This is my first blog and it could be nothing else but a confession and a message.
Where today we are too busy to even reply to all messages in day โฆwe must realize that our body stresses and undergoes so much for us.
It's important that we strike a balance between this technology and our mental and physical well being too.
Well this technology and everything is very important there's no denying that but it has to be used in its limits I mean I know how ironical it is that I'm writing this blog on a screen and you are reading it through a screen.
It's as though we have to outgrow the system while being the system . Easier said than done it's not impossible after all. We just have to bring back the simpler joys in life. Be it the happiness when it rains or the sadness when you don't have time to watch your favorite TV serial . It could be anything . Very personal or very public.
I don't know if I sound like cliche or like a legit person but we so need to start realizing that the real deal is not the insta likes and the story reshares its how many people surprise u on your birthday and How many actually call to wish u. So let's just be a little less like screen zombies. Lets change the fact that this blue light has become our drug. Let's be actual humans again.
And it's not that difficult at all you just have to remind yourself that the amount of satisfaction and happiness u feel through the real things is much more pleasurable than stuff being emitted from this screen.
Everything is used best when used in moderation. Otherwise it just starts becoming addictive .
I really hope that this small blog of mine makes u realize what you're missing put on and even if just one of you feels dman! She's actually right! My writing purpose will not go unfilled.
If you've read till here. Thanks a ton
So once you're done reading this blog. Put the phone down , take a deep breath and admire yourself and the precious life you're living..
Much love.
