Kick Your Insecurities Away !

If you have the power to accept your flaws and imperfections and work for their betterment, you are the strongest person in the world.

Each person is insecure about something or the other. There is always a little voice inside each one of us telling us that we're not good enough. Even if we are capable of performing a task we constantly doubt our skills and this is how anxiety ripens. Often it happens that we admire any influencer on social media. We idolise them, watch them getting fame and recognition and start imitating their lifestyle. We try to match all the things they are up to. We wish to have a lifestyle they have. And when we do not reach the level they are on that is when insecurity emerges. Our tendency of comparing ourselves with others puts us down. I have been through this or rather I am still struggling with it. I am sure we all have. Feeling insecure is a disposition, it is a part of human nature. It is neither constructed nor destroyed completely. Part of us will always feel left out. Insecurity arises when you learn to differentiate between things you love and things you don't. The kind of childhood you had, recent experiences of failure or rejection, negative beliefs about yourself, perfectionism, or having a critical parent or partner can all contribute to insecurity. Beating the insecurities you have is of utter importance because your weaknesses can sometimes take unjustified advantage of you.

    Nobody likes opening up about things they are insecure about. Nobody likes being judged based on their likes and priorities.  Feeling insecure about the people you love, feeling self-doubt, not meeting expectations, Body image, Relationship stability, you feel like everyone is always watching you or judging your decisions etc are the most common things people are insecure about. Insecurity is not a new notion, it is existing for ages. Getting over insecurities is crucial yet tough.

     Accepting your flaws and the way you are is a great thing. You should love yourself the way you are. Accepting the strength and weaknesses in you makes you the strongest.   Regrettably, the world is not kind enough to accept you as you are. There's always going to be somebody judging you and making pleasure of your shortcomings. The real world does not work on the principles you set. Surviving in a work-life is not an easy task my pals. You need to lose your insecurities to sustain. To accomplish your strengths you need to find a solution to vanquish your weaknesses and insecurities. Manifestation is a real thing. You can once you will.

     Let's now talk about how do we get rid of these insecurities.

•Start noticing the things you love about yourself. All the positive things, all the aspects that make you feel confident. Whenever you feel low or anytime insecurity crosses your mind divert your deliberations to all the satisfactory thoughts. Make yourself feel important. Not paying enough attention to negative feelings makes it drive away. Highlight the optimistic elements in you.

• Permit yourself to make mistakes. You cannot excel in everything. Keep scope for errors. That's is how you learn. In the way of idolizing perfectionism, you fail to create room for improvement. Also, try setting more realistic standards for yourself. Assess the requirements you’ve set and ask if they’re attainable.

• Be around people who make you feel comfortable. The people you aren't afraid of while opening up about yourself without being judged. It may be your family and friends or the people you love to be with when you feel low. Being around people who make you happy and understand you for who you are and accept you as you are is an elite thing.

• Learn to process criticism and work towards the betterment of it. Some people have a hard time digesting criticism. Instead of focussing on the improvement, they start distressing.

• Stop comparing yourself with others in unhealthy ways. Remember you are beautiful in your way. Comparing your worth doubles up worries. While it helps us determine our worth and is used as a means to measure personal progress, unfortunately, it is mainly obtained as a way to measure worth not progress by people.

  In conclusion, Kick out your insecurities and lean towards the brighter side. Insecurities and weaknesses are just a way to distract you from your attainments. Don't waste time crying over the things you don't have instead be thankful for the comfort you have. Work on the things you think needs improvement. All you need to do is concentrate on upgrading. Focus on the good and the good gets better. Insecurity is common, everyone deals with it but if left unchecked can have an impact on day to day life. On worse don't hesitate to reach out for help if you feel like you need extra support. Look out for people you feel will understand and help you out.
