        How are you all , hope everyone is fine and doing well and safe.

Today I'm here to talk about the women hygiene, which is good and bad for women , and feel free to ask the questions in comment section regrading women hygiene. As everyone know every girl bleed on every month approx to 7 days, I'm not here to talk about why do girls bleed every month and all; just started with basic thing about women. 

So, in our puberty age like when we start bleeding, in early ages our mothers used to say like use cloths instead of pads because as it was new for our mother's to trust the pads. Then slowly things changed we all started using pads , by the time we started using pads many people may have observed , whenever we use pad their will be a itching and rashes in our private part , only some face this problem not everyone, I have not experienced till now but one of my friend have experienced these things; the reason why i'm saying is that pads which are made of plastic  are not safe at all and nowadays you have observed their are number of brands bringing new design in pads which they show it is safe and all ,but the truth is please don't trust whatever they show in advertisement ,while purchasing any product please do some research about the product then go for purchase; the pads which are manufactured nowadays contains chemicals which is not good for our body which lead to rashes.

Now, you may all thinking that then what should we use? and this girl is saying something from our childhood we are using pads; I will answer all your question which is running through your mind. So, I'll suggest you can to use cotton pad etc.,  instead of these plastic pads, as these pads are non-environment friendly and these wont get decomposed . 

The following steps contain information about pad, tampon, menstrual cup as these are environment friendly, decompose-able and even good for us:- 

1.Use pads which are environment friendly.  I would suggest you guys to buy carmesi Eco-conscious pads, this pad is most environmental friendly. You could buy these pads in any online app like flip-kart and amazon; and you guys can contact through Instagram @mycarmesi. 

2. Use cotton reusable sanitary pad , these are washable pads.

3. Next option is tampon; I would recommend to by these tampon from carmesi because as I said its environmental friendly and it is made upon 100% organic cotton and it doesn't contain chlorine, dioxins or pesticides which infect our body; as these tampon are inserted in our vagina.

4. Last option would be menstrual cups; the reason I kept this menstrual cup last is because many of would not be comfortable at first to use these cup because these cup will be inserted in your vagina , so i suggested above steps which would be easy. I recommend to use these cup as it is environmental free, reusable and these cup last for 5-10 year(if it is used in proper way and it doesn't break easily as it is made up of silicon). I would say everyone to use these cups as it even reduce periods cramps and you guys will get more comfortable by using these cups , that even you guys will suggest others to use it; trust me you don't feel like you are wearing these cups it will be so comfortable; these cups can be used up-to 12hr in a day.

I suggest to remove the cup after every 5-6 hr and insert again. It's takes time get comfortable ; the starting price would be  from 500 till 2000 also. There are many brand of cups but before purchasing please do research then go for it. Personally if you ask me I would recommend using PLUSH MENSTRUAL CUP , these cups are available in online.

• I recommend everyone that before buying or using cup first do a research for yourself first then go for use.
• So, now you all got to know which is good and bad for our body and even for our environment. Please stop using pads which are bad for our health and for our environment and share it with your friends,who know they maybe suffering form these things but not able to say it. I know in many houses mother would say no for these cups and all but make it clear and explain your problem and explain about these cup or tampon or cotton pad , make your mother understand about the hygiene and all , for sure your mother will say yes for the  change you do within your body; and you would say hi to rash free skin.

Make this period as a normal thing and mainly girls there is no need to feel shy about your period , talk more about it; normalize these period thing.

Hygiene tips:-

• IF you are using cotton pad, cups or tampon my suggestion is to remove it after every 5-6 hr. Please don't use that thing in your vagina for a whole day which may cause infection; as our private part is so sensitive. 
• Don't use any vaginal wash to clean your vagina as it's not good to our body. Our vagina clean itself, wash it with water that's enough; no need of any soap to wash because this may cause infection.
