Being lonely and Being alone is emotional attachment.

Being alone is a state of being, while loneliness is feeling.

We can be perfectly happy being by ourselves but we can also be lonely even if we are with a group of people.

Good Reasons For “Me” Time

Creatively Enhancement:

Being alone create a powerful space for your creativity to flourish. When our brain wanders freely, it activates its default mode network. It runs all your original thoughts and ideas.

Our Brain will get Recharged:

Alone time allows you to slow down and making space for clear thought process and the ability to be more present in your day-to-day life.

Increasing Self-Sufficiency:

Alone time gives you an opportunity to self-reflect and freedom to form your own opinions, independence on other judgment. It helps you to solve problems, and you come-up with you own solutions. You can ultimately become more comfortable with who you are and what you value.

Improves Relationship:

When you are comfortable, and you believe that you can be on your own, you are less likely to be dependent on others. that is the time of your self awareness and empathy.

Loneliness causes people to feel empty, alone and unwanted. People who are lonely often crave for human contact, but their state of mind makes it more difficult to form connections with other people.

People who lack confidence in themselves often believe that they are unworthy of the attention or regard of other people, which can lead to isolation and chronic loneliness.

Close Friends/Person Combat Loneliness
