When you are pursuing you BTech degree, you actually have a lot of time in your hand (Yeah I am funny like that). That immense amount of time makes my mind wonder to various places. There are certain questions I have….

Question 1- Is time travel real?

Question 2- Can I travel time?

Question 3- Also, is Doraemon real?

Let's suppose time travel exists, won't it be kind of scary to go back to the past ? What if I can't come back? Actually it's better to write a letter to my younger self, she can fix things for herself ,right?

Dear Ananya,

I am your future self, long story short alright? You're going to make hell lot of mistakes, that it will be hard for you to even count? Don't except me to write down all your mistakes, so that you can be careful. All I can tell you is that make all the mistakes and own them, because you will be learning a lot in the process of making those mistakes too. I know you have always been fond of learning! 

Make your own share of mistakes but don't be careless, don't be dumb while making those mistakes. Don't give Love the importance that it doesn't deserve at your age. You're not in Love, you're in love with the idea of being in love. And that's not going to end well! Consider it a warning.

You're going to be heartbroken and that's going to be inevitable because the choices you will have, will be hard. Harder than you think. But heyyy! On the positive side there will always be a silver lining in your story , ALWAYS!

 You're going to meet somebody who will love you and you will be madly in love with him too, and he will be worth the wait. You fall in love with someone's words too easily ,don't do that, fall in love with the actions. The one you're supposed to be in love with, will make you fall in love with words and actions both. He will be the best man, you have ever come around, and just like I said, he is worth it.

So, go on! Live your life, don't be worried about what others think (I knw you don't really worry, but it's still my duty to tell you). 

I hope you make it through HAPPIER than I am!

By the way, Maa will never let you colour your hair, GIVE UP!
