Environment around us is very dynamic which means we don't know when it will change and what type of change it will bring in our lives. Adjustment is basically making an equal balance among our various needs while our external environment keeps on changing from time to time.

There are so many phases in our life when we have to adjust according to the demand of environment. Whether it is not of our comfort or that adjustment is not likable to us, but what all we can do is adjust. Even this scenario can be seen in families where our parents and grandparents have different likes/dislikes, difference in thinking and opinion, different tastes and we have entirely opposite attitude to that. Have you ever thought if we do not adjust ourselves with them what will be the outcome. There will be anxiety, hatered, depression, disliking and that would lead to lack of peace in family and its environment.

Adjustments in lives save us from so many consequences that we can have if we do not adjust. Major life transitions like moving to college hostels, getting married, shifting to new place, changing job all these phases are full of excitement and anxiety. But what will happen if we do not adjust ourselves to the new environment? That anxiety and emotions will always be proved as roadblock for us if we do not take that adjustment seriously. We always want to stay in our comfort zones that's why we usually think why should I adjust all the time? We must always keep in mind that “LIFE BEGINS AFTER COMFORT ZONES”.

We all know these all things bring new challenges but once you will start taking things positively, starts accepting dynamicity of surroundings positively, it will bring more power to you. We all can see our mothers in our home. Facing challenges from the day she gets married, trying her best to make everyone happier, sometimes opposed by elders but still what she did is adjustment. She knew that if she will adjust, everyone will be happier at the end of the day and if she will not adjust and complain always, the outcome will be distress and misery. For having a high quality of life, we all need “SUCCESSFULL ADJUSTMENT”.

We don't know when life will bring a sudden change in our lives for which we will not be ready. So get up and prepare yourself for that change so that when life bring new phase you are ready to welcome that with positive energy and power.
