Hello all!!! Hope all my fellow bloggers were doing good and great. And still want some followers to reach level one.., so share my blogs with your friends too and if they really love to read my blogs they can follow me for my upcoming blogs. And keep commenting your valuable opinion through comments. Without further delay I'll start my new blog.

 

In this topic I'm going to share the some facts about some diets. And I told you all clearly, every individual needs certain diet according to their own need.., they should not copy or follow other persons diet. Because their activities and way of living will be different so obviously diet also differs among one individual to another. 

 

As a Dietician, I'm aware of certain types of diet and had a thought of sharing it with you all. There are several types of diet, particularly we'll going to see about PALEO DIET…, and later I'll explain about some other diets.

Paleo diet,  A diet which is practised in olden days. Paleolithic humans followed certain eating habits or pattern that's get noticable and followed in this era. So, let's get to know about the foods included and excluded in paleo diet.

Foods can be included or comes under this diet are.., lean meat, eggs, fruits, fish, vegetables, herbs and spices etc.., On those days they tend to have natural foods and that time there is no processed or packed food and all.., thus people remain healthy in their 80's also but now the future generations were suffering from many poor health conditions. Naturally farmed vegetables and fruits also poultry everything is organic and freshly eaten.., but now those foods were changed by chemicals, pesticides, and we're using refrigerator instead of eating fresh.., 

 

Foods to be excluded were as follows.., Processed foods, Sugar, soft drink, artificial sweetener, oils.

 

And some important note in paleo diet : Should limit intake of grains and legumes because of high phytate content it interact with absorption of other minerals so it should be excluded or limited.

Don't refrigerate any food products whether it's cooked or raw never allow to stay that thing more than two days. It's the first way to deteriorate your health.

 

Paleo diet have some disadvantage too because of eliminating major fuel sources of our body like grains and legumes and sometimes dairy too ., So not suitable for everyone.
