Hello all!!! Hope you all doing great! And this blog tells you about Healthy Snacking. Thanks for all your support and comments this making me feel refresh and encouraging me to write more😌✌🏻

Snacks : A smaller food portions. Snacking become a habit of many people. They are consuming both healthy and unhealthy foods. But majority of people think that junk foods like burger, pizzas, fries, samosas, shawarmas etc.., as snacks and they used to eat that junks in regular basis. So, majority wins. here, I'm going to tell about Healthy Snacking.

Benefits of Healthy Snacking:

  • Snacks helps us to increase our nutritional intake if we're following healthy snacking.
  • Keeps you satisfied and helps in managing hunger.
  • By increasing meal frequency can improve your blood sugar regulations.

Some tips for Healthy Snacking: 

Mixed Nuts : perfect nutritious snack which provides healthy fats,protein, and fiber. Nuts includes walnuts, Almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, pistachios, hazelnuts etc..,

Apple slices with peanut butter: Are having good flavour and nutritious too. Apples are fibre rich fruit and on the other hand peanuts are plant based protein with high fibre content.

Dark chocolate and almonds : very good combo and my favourite also. Dark chocolate contains antioxidants and Almonds are rich source of healthy fats and very good combo. A healthy, satisfying and portable snack.

Mixed fruits : Fruits contains fiber and minerals and can add powdered nut towards it. Fruits like bananas, apples, pears, grapes, oranges can be included along with nuts powder or dry fruits powder.

Hard boiled eggs : Eggs are one of the healthiest and weight loss friendly food with high protein content. Also eggs are rich in vitamin D and choline which are highly nutritious.

Oatmeal : oatmeal is a truly versatile snack. can have as both hot and cold. Oats contains good amount of fibre and high protein. Can be topped with fruits, cinnamon, cocoa powder and chocolate chips.

Protein bars : Having high protein content and it's made of nuts, dried fruits, coconut, cocoa powder etc.., portable and tasty too.

Dates : High in fibre and antioxidants with Low fat content and very tasty to eat and portable.

Vegetable salad : Fibre rich veggies, that helps in bowel movements, lowering blood pressure, and low carb foods. Vegetables like carrots, cucumber, tomato, beets etc..,

Popcorn : is a whole grain food with good source of fibre. It's very appetizing snack for kids.

EAT HEALTHY!!!
