Care For Babies And Kids During Winter Season

Hello all!!! Hope you all doing good and great. Thanks for all your support and valuable opinion through comments. Keep supporting me that was my motivation too. So, without further delay we get into my blog which is going to tell you about what is winter care for babies and it's importance and how it can be done to babies and kids.

Winter season which brings a very cooling effect in our environment so, this is the main cause to protect our kids or babies very carefully.

Also winter season plays major role in spreading of infections and diseases very fastly. And so it is very important to safeguard our little ones free from infections.

Should keep your home sweet home very neat and clean always. Particularly in winter season should give extra care to keep your house free from dirt or dust.

Clean environment won't let you to have frequent illness so your kids are safe. And it really works for my son hope will work for you people too.

Give them little immune boosting foods like Ginger, Garlic, Turmeric, Black pepper, Betal leaves strain, chicken, fruits etc..,

Always prefer for fan instead of Air conditioners. Because using AC in winter season will made babies and kids to have a stuffy nose.

Keep them warm for example, for babies under six months of age you can swaddle them. And babies above six months and kids can wear sweaters, woolen clothes, scarfs, mufflers etc.., to escape from cold 

Prefer indoor games.., this entire season we can go for indoor games like building blocks, playing with toys, carrom board, chess, Rubix cube, kitchen sets, fun time with painting, moulding clays etc.., and should avoid playing outside games like cricket, foot ball, running race, hide and seek also hide and seek can be played inside your house also.., strictly no to outdoor games.

Make sure your babies and kids are hydrated. Keep them hydrated but giving plenty of water for more than 6-8 glasses per day for kids. And 4-5 glasses for six months to 2year old babies or fruit juices can be given occasionally but I prefer fruits should be eaten raw.

And this is what I'm doing for my son too. So, I thought this will be useful for many mother's in this winter season. Stay home!! Stay warm!!
