Hello all!!! I'm here with a wonderful topic and going to tell you about mental health in the occasion of 💚WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY💚-2022

History: world mental health was first observed on October 10, 1992, as an annual activity of world federation for mental health. That day federation doesn't have any specific theme, with each passing year, the day become popular among population and come with the specific theme for every year.

A person's health is defined by proper well being with good physical and mental health. Both should be balanced in all situations.

Theme: The theme for world mental health day 2022 is to “Make mental health and well being for all a global priority.”   World Mental Health day is celebrated to create awareness of mental health issues around the world and to support people who needs attention regarding mental health.

Mental Health is affected because of many reasons. Basically, it depends upon the person's financial crisis, work  pressure, Health issues, loneliness or separation from family, Family issues, Fear, Addictions and for so many reasons.

Signs of Mental illness :

  • Feeling sad or down 
  • Lack of concentration
  • Confused thinking
  • Feeling guilt 
  • Excessive fear or worries 
  • Mood swings 
  • Tiredness 
  • Lack of sleep 
  • Low energy level 
  • Feeling Alone .

No one in this world is without stress or depressions but how to manage your own stress and depression that matters. 

One should know how to manage there own stress. For example, If I feels stressed I will change my mind towards some other activities like listening music , gardening or sleeping. It depends on a individual that how they're reacting towards mental illness.

Here are some tips to overcome Mental illness :

  • Be Active
  • Eat healthy
  • Enjoy the time that spent with family and friends 
  • 8hrs sleep is mandatory
  • Share your feelings with others 
  • Look for professional help.  

Mental health is affected due to many reasons but should cope up with all your problems and be enough to manage your own problem. 

Don't show or tranfer your negative vibe to others. Be alert and take all precautions to avoid mental illness.

Don't feel guilty, it will make you stressed all the time.

Don't feel ashamed of your story, it will inspire others. so, share your thoughts and feelings.

Seek help and keep calm and believe that you can manage your stress and depression.
