Hibiscus flower from my Garden 🌺❤️

🌺Gardening is such a mandatory hobby or activity in current scenario because many of us not aware of Global warming and all… so I'm promoting planting of medicinal plants, flowering plants and decorative plants etc..,🌺

🌺Harvested Hibiscus My all time favourite 🌺

🌺A garden should be maintained properly…if we maintain it properly it responds us by giving such a beautiful flowers and wonderful benefits.🌺

🌺Here some of the health benefits of Hibiscus 🌺

🌺 Hibiscus tea: Hibiscus tea is made by putting hibiscus in boiling water for 8 to 10 mins. And it's flavour is similar to cranberries and you can have it as both hot and cold.🌺

Benefits of Hibiscus tea: 

  • Drinking hibiscus flower tea may helps in lowering blood pressure
  • Aids in weight loss.
  • It is rich in antioxidants and helps to fight against production of free radicals.
From my Garden 🌺

Hibiscus for skin: Hibiscus can be dried for some days and then powdered nicely can be used as face scrub, facemask etc..,these powder can be mixed with honey or milk.

Benefits of Hibiscus on skin:

  • Helps to maintain skin tone and relieves you from hyperpigmentation also  Reduces dark spots. 
  • Hibiscus helps to have hydrated and moisture rich skin and prevents dryness of skin.
  • Hibiscus rich in antioxidants and helps in reverse the damage caused due to UV rays, dust , pollutants and prevent ageing of skin and decrease inflammation.

Hibiscus for hair: Hibiscus can be made or infused in oil, and hibiscus flower (5) and hibiscus leaves(5) with 3-4 tap of yogurt all were blended together and made us a thick fine paste and apply it on hair and leave it for an hour. After an hour can rinse it off with lukewarm water and shampoo.For best results can add amla powder or henna powder with hibiscus.

Benefits of Hibiscus on hair: 

  • Prevents premature Greying of hair.
  • Nourishes your hair and prevent hair loss.
  • Stimulates hair growth and protect your head from baldness 
  • Best to treat Dandruffs.
