Accepting The Current Situation Of Your Life
- The bridge to change anything in life starts with acceptance, accept your situation or any feeling you are going through in your life running from it is not going to help it but rather will make it more worse. Many people when put into uncomfortable situations and feelings starts to worry about when will their life change instead of wanting the life to change miraculously, take a lead of your life and accept whatever comes in.
- As a human being we feel a lot of emotions like(fear, anxiety, anger, disgust, joy etc.)they makes us feel alive, when we are joyous we accept it with our open hands, but when we feel anxious, or stressed over something we just do not accept it, we forget that without accepting we cannot solve it.
Being wrong sometimes makes you a right person in life
- It's okay to be wrong sometimes in life. our beliefs make up key components of our identity and to question those beliefs means to questions who we are as a person which is really painful, but sometimes we forget to look at a bigger picture and stick to our beliefs no matter how wrong it is. So, instead of sticking to one idea only, try to listen to other person's perspective, as your ability to succeed and learn in life is directly proportional to your ability to change what you believe in response to your mistake.
Be aware of your thoughts
- An average person have an approx. of 6200+ thoughts per day, many people say they can't sleep at night because their mind couldn't stop thinking, reason being you are letting all 6200 thoughts to run through your minds and disturb your mental and physical health, yes! not being aware of your thoughts can not only alter your emotional state it also alters your food intake, where you eat impulsively to seek emotional comfort.
- Hence being aware of your thoughts is also as necessary as eating or sleeping. How to be aware of your thoughts? if any thought bothers you Just do this simple exercise, Sit somewhere, close your eyes breathe deeply and notice if thinking about it makes you irritated, anxious, foolish than ask yourself is it worth giving your time if the answer is no! simply let go of those thoughts and if it is yes! than try to tackle with it, understand its necessity and act upon it, just by simply doing this exercise you can be aware of your thoughts.
