Things to look out for while pregnant

To know pregnant women: The first three months with more care .....

Women

For a woman, being a mother is the greatest thing in her life. Motherhood is a blessing. There are many things she needs to take care of during pregnancy to give birth to a healthy baby. Especially during the first three months.

Adults may have told you that the first three months after being diagnosed as pregnant are crucial for your baby’s growth, so you need to be extra careful. This is absolutely true. Eighty-five percent of miscarriages occur during the first trimester. Therefore, pregnant women should be extremely careful during the first trimester.

The first three months of pregnancy are the stages of a baby’s development. This is the period when your baby is going through the most growth. During this short period of time, your baby’s organs and body parts grow from the fertilized tissue. It is during this stage that the vital organs and brain are formed. By the end of the first trimester, the baby is only about the size of an apple, but by this time the basal structure, nervous system, and vital organs have developed. In addition, it can affect the limbs, heart, fingers, hair, and feet.

For the first three month's

During the first month, blood cells are formed. Also, the stomach, heart, ears, eyes, and circulatory system are formed.

During the second month, the nervous system, urinary tract, circulatory system, and stomach grow larger, and the embryo develops into a human. The baby begins to move and hear the heartbeat. However, the mother will not experience any of them at this stage.

In the third month, the external genitalia are formed. In addition, fingernails, toenails and eyelids grow.

* More attention is needed in the first three months

Because a lot of rapid changes happen, your body needs to create the nourishing and safe environment necessary for the healthy growth of the baby. Lack of nutrients and exposure to chemicals can stunt physical and mental growth and even lead to miscarriage. You need to take extra care and attention for the healthy growth of the fetus.

Things to do for the first three months

Eat healthy foods and home-cooked meals whenever possible. Outside foods should be avoided as they may contain harmful colors and ingredients.

Take supplements containing folic acid and vitamins. But only do this as directed by your doctor.

Pregnant women are more likely to vomit during this time. They can eat whatever they like. But instead of eating a lot at once, eat small amounts.

Follow a balanced diet. No need to worry about burning calories.

Try to get as much sleep as possible. This is because getting good sleep keeps the body energized and refreshed.

Do not do too many strenuous things. Ask your doctor's consent before doing any type of exercise. If you are not allowed to exercise, slow walking is also good for the body.

Things not to do for the first three   months

Because the fetus is very sensitive during the first trimester, the risk of miscarriage is high. Since all vital organs are developing at this stage, exposure to toxic chemicals, drugs, cigarette smoke, alcohol, and radiation can even cause damage to the fetus.

• Do not smoke, chew tobacco or drink alcohol.

• Do not stand in dirty places or near smokers.

• Do not handle pesticides and fertilizers.

• Use only natural cosmetics at this time.

Be very careful. Whatever doubts you may have, keep in mind and ask your doctor openly.

• As well as all the things to look out for when lying down and sleeping

1, The first three months are just as comfortable for us as it used to be

2, By the time the four months and five months are all over, we will have started to get some belly fat. From that time on we would only lie down and sing. Because if we lie down at that time, the baby will feel like he is suffocating

Take care of all these things for a healthy baby
