Take A Break ,Breathe And Relax

Laughter , sadness, love , hatred were called as emotions ,yes ‘were called’ is correct way to pointing it out because today it has become mere a word and it’s sad that we only feel the extreme stages of this. Today feeling of emotions is considered as a sign of weakness, we are in such a kind of extremism that either a person is depressed or anxious rarely in between we have learned to bottle up our feelings we are scared to confess and in the process of avoiding our emotions we try to stay busy with our work and we pretend that we do not have time for other things .We are so engrossed in ourselves lets say our work ,we get so busy in our 9 to 5 routine we forget why were we working , to earn the comfort and life we wanted since forever but look at us are we enjoying the benefits?

Is this the thing which we wanted ? Thes  messed up situations are messing our relationships which we made around we start to take them for granted ,yes they are our family and friends but they are human and so are we it’s high time to take care of our mental as well as physical health and stop exhausting ourselves.Start speaking stop  being people pleaser .Pushing your limits is important in today’s competitive world but at what extent?, and in this hussel of our life we stopped communicating we do not exchange our thoughts ,we only listen to respond not to understand we have stopped feeling and understanding only thing we feel is stressed and only thing which we understand is the next work assigned or certain task that we have to accomplish , it seems we are leading towards turning into zombies. Our life revolves around machines we have distant ourself from the nature we don’t have time to admire them these are the things we should be greatful for but we do not pay any heed towards it living a healthy life requires healthy surroundings but with this era of technology these things are loosing their essence .

We are all becoming the part of the rat race and because of which we have forgotten how to live a healthy life ,we have became thankless towards the things and people which are around us and running towards something that’s at certain point is not helpful for us only for the sake that someone else is doing ,these unnecessary bars set by the society are killing the essence of life its mere a competition now, who is better and in the race of becoming the best we are ready to keep everything at stake be it health or relationship.

Life is beautiful , world is better place to live but in the race of achieving unattainable standards we have lost ourselves, being slow does not mean you are not working taking a break is not selfish ,failing does not mean you can’t do anything . Things takes time it happens in their own way your desires will fall in line our hard work will pay , but comparing others timings with other will only make you anxious and it’s of no good for you in any way , So , take a break, breathe and relax.
