--------------------------Part 1----------------------------

It was Saturday afternoon when our liberator Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose was born. His father Jankinath Bose and Prabhavati Devi were extremely good and strict to their children. They called him 'Subi'(nickname of Subhas). From his childhood he was extremely good at his studies and was very intellectual. He was having all the qualities of being a good leader as well as a good human being which he was.

Subhas completed his primary schooling from Baptist Mission's Protestant European School, Cuttack, (1902-1909) then he went to Ravenshaw Collegiate School, Cuttack, (1909-1912) and then he went to Presidency College, Calcutta, (1912- 15th February 1916) for completing hia graduation but was failed due to his involvement in politics and involvement in a fight with his teacher Professor Oaten. Therefore, he was rusticated from Presidency College on 15th February, 1916 and courageous Subhas laughingly took ta rustication letter from the Principal. Lateron he completed his graduation from Scottish Church College where he got admission with the help of Ashutosh Mukherjee (aka Bengal Tiger) and Deshbandhu Chittaranjan Das who lateron becqme the political 'guru' of Netaji.

During his schooling he was highly influenced by his teacher Beni Madhav Das who always inspired him and told him everything about freedom fighters of India and warriors of India which changed the life of Netaji and lateron he went to be the 'Netaji' of this country. Netaji then involved himself in active politics and after a while his father asked him to compete ta ICS examination which was to be recognised as the most valuable job of the then India.

Subhas was not happy listening to his father as he took the oath of freeing his motherland India from the Britishers. Unwillingly Subhas to board on a ship to London to compete in the exam and make his father happy. Subhas had only 8months to prepare for the toughest exam of the then India. Normally 4years of time was given to aspirants but brilliant Subhas never ever feared anything, and this was just a silly exam to him. He prepared very well and stood 4th in the toughest exam of thr then India but resigned from his position as he wanted to serve his motherland which was not possible for him to do if he had to rely on his position which was given to him by the ICS committee.
