Hello, my lovely readers! Welcome back into my writing space, after a very long time. Beginning this blog with a question- “ What you guys do when you are low at motivation?” Do comment down your ways to get over it, would definitely love to know!
So it is Sunday evening and I am feeling low at my functioning. Felt like eating a lot and just laid down. Tried to engage in critical and problem solving skills but I ended up eating again!
Going through my phone's gallery I came across to some of my snaps, all dipped in sweat, that was a after workout snaps, and I gained a sense of pride and bravery! It feels like peace in the storm, magnetic waves of the ocean slowing gaining control of your senses and making you feel calm and compose.
This rejuvenated my thought process and made me realize that it's just a moment not an entire script of your life. Thoughts were trespassing me and they need to be get controlled off. Its the belief you build about yourself and how you see your inner self. Controlling your mind is the ultimate goal or it will control you.
Physical workouts are really rescue to all the rubbish your mind attracts and releases through sweat. It lightens you up, glows you up and make you feel more stronger. This is a great stress booster and helps in building up new cells, rejuvenating the ones that exists and helps in better functionality and increased problem-solving skills.
This can be in any form, it's just you should be enjoying the process! Isn't it? A 15-minute Yoga or a round of cycling with friends or a hard HIIT session at Gym.. Well I love Zumba sessions with my mommy. It's all worth the effort you put in.
But this totally depends on individuals what they really chose to lighten themselves from a hectic day and fills life to their lives. Whatever you choose ,it's necessary that you should enjoy the process. “ALL THINGS CAN BE SURELY DONE WHAT MATTERS IS HOW IT IS DONE” . People are just gazing around the words - SMART WORK, HARD WORK.. I wonder why it is not WORKING LOVINGLY?
Nobody comes to rescue. Its always YOU vs YOU. So next time you find yourself stuck between thoughts and actions ..Choose to get up and move..
