What is negative thinking?

Negative thinking implies a point of view ominously about yourself and your natural factors. While everybody encounters negative thoughts at times, negative thoughts that genuinely influences how you think about tone yourself and the world and even tones down work/study and standard working could be a consequence of mental illness, for example, hopelessness, uneasiness issues, social conditions, and schizophrenia.
