In this bolg am going to share you all about a tasty and healthy recipe " chiken shawarma " ๐ฎ lets see the ingredients and recipes and also the ๐ benefits of the ingredients ๐
Ingredients :
Chiken , curd , garlic , olive oil , ginger , salt , pepper powder, Chilli powder , cumin powder , coriander powder , cinnamon powder , turmeric powder , lemon juice , cucumber , mint , mayonnaise , dry yeast , wheat flour , water , chilli sauce , sugar , cabbage , carrot , onion , Tomato.
Almost all the ingredients are there in our home. Lets see the method to prepare the " chiken shawarma "
let's see the method :
Step 1 _ Take a bowl add curd , ginger and garlic paste , olive oil , salt ( as per required ) , pepper powder , chili powder , cumin powder , turmeric powder , lemon juice , add some water and mix it well.
Step 2 _ Take a chiken pieces and put it in the mixture and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
Step 3 _ After an hour heat the pan add some oil and fry the mixtured chiken on low flame to get a good texture. Cut the fried chicken into small pieces keep it aside.
Step 4 _ Take a fresh bowl take weat flour and add oil , salt (as required) , sugar and dry yeast mix it together add required water and make a soft dough. Keep it aside let it sit until the dough gets into double the size.
Step 5 _ lets make 2 types of sauce.
Type 1.Take two separate bowl in one bowl add mayonnaise and chilli sauce mix it well.
Type 2. In another bowl take curd , cucumber (cut into small pieces) , mint leaves , salt mix all together and keep it aside.
Step 6 _ After the dough gets into double the size make it into a pita bread.
Step 7_ Cut onions, cucumbers , carrot , cabbage into small pieces.
Step 8 _ Take a pita bread apply the mayonnaise and chilli sauce mixture all over and put onions , cucumber , carrot , cabbage , and put the chiken pieces and roll.
Now its ready to serve. Serve along with the 2 nd type sauce mixture.
We can also use praw instea of chiken. If you are a vegetarian people you can also paneer, mushrooms.
