Good day guys πŸ‘‹ 
Hope my last blog was useful to you all. Now we are going see how to make road side KALAN in our home. And also going to see the ingredients and benefits. Let's see the methods and steps to make the recipe. 
 Ingredients :  
Cabbage, Mushroom, garam masala, Maida, chillipowder water, Salt, Ginger, garlic paste, Corn flour, Turmeric powder, oil, Curry leaves, onion, Tomato sauce, chilli sauce, Coriander leaves.  

Steps to prepare this yummy recipe : 
Steps :  Take a bowl add equal quantity of mushrooms and cabbage mix it together. Add salt (required), garam masala and 2 table spoon of Maida half a spoon of Chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and corn flour, turmeric powder now add sufficient water mix well in the consistency of the pakoda. Take a pan heat it and add more oil for deep fry.  Be safe while your using oil to fry 😊 Make the mixture into a small balls put it in the pan lets it cook well in gold and brown color. keep the fried pakoda aside let it cool. After it gets cool break the pakoda into small small pieces. In  a fresh pan add some oil cut the curry leaves  add it into the oil and add some finely chopped onion into it saute it well after the onion turn into gold and brown color add some garlic and ginger paste saute it will until the raw smell goes. Then add chilli power half spoon of garam masala, 7 to 8 spoon tomato sauce and 2 spoon of chilli sauce, salt mix all together saute well. Take a glass add corn flour into it add some water stir well pour it into the pan after pouring the mixture gets thick put some finely chopped coriander mix and turn off the flame. 
 

Ready to eat the yummy road side KALAN.😊 In this COVID situation avoid eating out side food and make it in your home a healthy dish.

3. Coriander leaves - Good for skin helps to glow skin, helps to reduce pimples, helps in weight loss.
