WHAT IS CLIMATE: 
While the weather changes everyday and hot and humid day can be followed by a rainy one the, climate of a region remains the same for a long time. Thus the summer season at the north sea is generally cooler than in freiburg and the winter season is rather cold and damp and not as snowy as in the alps the climate is driven by the sun which heats up the air and gives rise to winds such as the trade wind. The ocean and the ocean currents also affect world climate and instance of which can be seen in the way things turn topsy - turvy due to occurrence of 'El Niño'. The climate also undergoes long term changes the last Ice ages are good example of this.
HOW DOES WEATHER CHANGE ?
Unlike climate weather depends on the season and can also change anytime. Metrologist predict in the evening how the weather will be the next day. The weather is drive and by the sun, which heats of the ground and the water surface. Evaporated water creates clouds from thunderstorms  build up and the ensuimg bursts of thunder and lightning makes us flinch. Every time a cyclone hits that tropical region, lashing rain sends people running for cover. 
HOW CYCLONE OCCURS :
When we talk about cyclones, we do not usually mean the small dectructuve tornadoes, but instead The Large tropical Storms which the coastal inhabitants face in America these are known as "hurricanes" in asia "typhoons" and in India "cyclones". Hurricanes occurs in early Spring in the warm waters around Africa. During this season, copious amounts of water evaporate rise upwards, and forms clouds. This sharply reduce the pressure directly above the sea allowing more moist air to flow in form the surrounding areas. Due to the rotation of the earth, bundle of cloud start rotating and an vortex is created. This vortex fast over the sea wrecks widespread havac on reaching the land. 
 

HOW THUNDERSTORMS OCCURS:
Accumaltion of moisture in the atmosphere causes at thunderstorm. This occurs mostly in summer when the sun is hot and keeps soaking up water from the ground and water bodies. The moist air rises and forms small cloud that pile up gradually to form huge cauliflower shaped clouds has high as 10 km. Inside the cloud large water drops and ice crystals form due to extreme cold conditions. These remain of aflote being supported by powerful winds. when they collide and the rub against one another, and electrical voltage is produced between the upper and lower layer of Clouds. Voltage  once sufficiently high, is discharged in the form of lightning.
