Hi guys!👋
Am again here with my another blog.Hope my last blog was useful to you all. In this blog today am going to share about the benefits of meditation and yoga and walking. 
Let's see the goodness about meditation:
MEDITATION _ YOGA _ WALKING 
• We can able to handle stressfull situations. It will reduce our negative vibes which will keep us positive.
• Meditation will increase your self- awareness. It will be greatful to balance our emotions.
• By doing meditation every day our mind will be fresh so that we can be very active.And we can make a good decision with out any stress or confusions.
• Meditation increases our brain activity. It will help us to keep a day fresh and helps to think creatively. 
• Meditation helps to reduce the depression. It will increase  our memory power. If we do meditation regularly we can be able to focus perfectly on our work.
• We can pay perfect attention without any mind disturb. It will helps to increase our metabolism. 
• We can able to sleep better if we do meditation regularly.It will also control anxiety and it also control blood pressure and heart disease. 
 YOGA : 
• Tree Pose _ Cat Cow Pose _ Downward Dog Pose _ Legs Up the Wall Pose _ Corpse Pose. 
• By doing yoda every day it will boost your metabolism and also increase  the blood flow level.
• Yoga reduces lower back pain. People who can't able to sleep properly can do yoga to have peacefull mind and get sleep.
• Yoga increase flexibility and balance. And there are many yoga which helps to loose weight by burning out the calories without any side effects. 
• Yoga also increase the flexibility of skin as well as it prevents pimples and and a glowing skin. 
 

WALKING :
•  You don't want to pay for lossing weight walking will be best therapy to control your unwanted fats. Without any special equipment we can burn out fat. 
• By walking everyday our bones and muscles will be strong and fit and also reduces the risk of heart attacks. 
• It reduces the risk of abnormal cells and it also control the blood pressure and blood flow in our body.
• It is one of the best way to be active and also sharpens your brain. 
By doing meditation _ yoga _ Walking be you made your own day without any tired ness and stress. If we start a day with yoga or meditation  or by walking we can end up the end without any stress.
