Let's Make Cold Paal Puri 🥶

Hi guys 👋 
In this bolg am going to share you all about a tasty and healthy recipe " cold paal puri  " lets see the ingredients and recipe and also the 😍 benefits of the ingredients that we are using in this recipe 😍 
Ingredients : pani poori chips (available in all shops ) , oil , milk , fresh cream , sugar , coconut , pista , walnut , cashew , almonds , jaggery , cardamom powder , badham , ghee , coconut milk. 
Lets see the method to prepare the " cold paal puri  " 
Step 1 _ Heat a pan add more oil because we have to fry the pani poori chips like a deep fry and keep it aside. Be safe while your using oil to fry 😊 
Step 2 _ Turn on the flame boil milk and add more fresh cream into it to get thick consistency mix it well and add some cardamom powder mix well let it boil for few minutes. 
Step 3 _ Add some sugar mix it well be sure about the quantity of sugar because we are going to add jaggery too. 
Step 4 _ Turn off the flame keep the liquid mixture in fridge to get a thick consistency. 
Step 5 _ Take a fresh pan heat the pan and add ghee fry the all the nuts : almonds , pista , cashew , walnut fry it well in ghee to get a aroma flavor after frying let it cool and by using mixie jar make it into a fine powder. 
Step 6 _ Take a small bowl add jaggery and coconut pieces mix well. Keep it aside. 
Step 7 _ Take a poori make a small hole on top of the puri  add coconut , jaggery mixture in it and then add the liquid mixture that we refrigerated to get a thick consistency add it into the poori and put the powdered nuts as a toppings. Do this method in all puri according to your quantity. 
Now its redy to serve. If you are bored with spicy pani poori try this and enjoy your snacks.
