Hi guys 👋 in this blog we are going to see about some traditional foods which many people are not taking in their food routine. Many people almost 90 percent of people taking idly, dosa, pongal, idiyapam and so on... for their breakfast and for dinner apart from that there are many healthy foods. Many people are suffering from blood pressure and sugar at small ages because they are not taking healthy foods. Lets see one of the good and healthy item in this blog. In our grand mother's generation they won't eat dosa and idly in their daily routine they eat only these foods rarely and they didn't face diseases like sugar and cholesterol in the age below 30. They mostly eat " Ragi " items lets see the BENEFITS: It plays a vital role in weight loss. Rich in fibre. Good for brain, heart, bones, skin. It also control diabetes good for diabetic people. It contains good carbohydrates and hepls to be brisk. But ragi should not be consumed by every day. People who suffers from constipation should avoid taking ragi in their regular food. And those who have kidney related problems should avoid and also thyroid people must avoid taking this ragi frequently. Recepies: we can make many of recipes in ragi flour like sweet and spicy recepies
 

Recepie _1  sweet dosa with jaggery
Take ragi flour ia bowl add water in the flour then add some jaggery and cardamom powder into the flour and make in a dosa batter consistency now make a dosa as usuall you make with rice batter. This is one method to make ragi dish for children being sweet children will like this and eat more. 
Recepie _ 2 Instead of make it sweet we can also add green chilli, onion, salt and some curry leaves instead of jaggery will make a spicy breakfast. 
Recepie _ 3 we can aslo make chapathi in ragi flour instead of wheat we can use ragi flour. 
Not only these recepie they are soo many for example: laddu, soup, ragi mudde, idly, dosa, Halwa, puttu, milkshake, rotti, porridge,  biscuits, barfi, finger dumpling.
