Image Upload - You may have clicked 5-6MB landscape image and want to share it
with real quality but WhatsApp has been pressing it and sending it. Now, you can determine the quality (Low / Best).
Or let WhatsApp determine the quality to be sent. Which means if you want to send it in real quality,
then select Best Quality, to be sent with a little pressure with a good quality image.
The same can be done with videos too. Before posting videos, it is processed and compressed,
and loses its quality, but like photos, you can now post high / low videos depending on the details.
Or let WhatsApp determine the quality. But most importantly, you can now post photos / videos with the best quality.
WhatsApp is no longer just a messaging app, it is now a video / video chat platform again.
Unsupported Group Calls - It's a small but important feature. Once you've started a group of 3-4 people,
only 2 joined. Now some drunkards can join an ongoing group call.
Previously, you had to hit one at a time to be present, but now you can join later, which is a small but important aspect

The next feature is good, but it would be better as its use is reduced.
View Once - Once you have sent a photo to someone, it will disappear after viewing, I would call it a disappearing image.
The problem is that, if someone wants a picture, they can take a screenshot of it.
So even if you post a disappearing image, there is no guarantee that he will not save it.

New Archive Conversation - If you have archived a conversation and received a message in it, there is a notification above,
even if you saved it. We archive it as we do not need it and receiving notification disrupts the process.
However, now archived messages will not interrupt your timeline. So it's a small but beautiful feature.
Audio Play Speed - Some people send loud, important sounds but you don't have time to listen,
and now you can change the playback speed of voice messages to save time, which is also important.
You should know that 2 million WhatsApp accounts are blocked by spam / sending multiple messages.
However, there may be a chance that the account may be accidentally blocked.
In-App Ban Update - So if you think your account has been blocked by mistake, you can now request a review with this feature.
There are many people who have a significant WhatsApp account and blocking them by mistake can be a problem.
So this In-App Ban Review feature is designed for them.
Flash Calls - When you create a new account / switch calls, you get the OTP and confirm it.
Now, with Flash calls, you can verify your accounts where you will receive a call and it will also verify your account.

From there the most important would be Data Transfer between Android-iOS.
