1) Interleaved practice  

- This is the best method to achieve excellence in any field according to research.

Lets say , You have to answer 20 questions of Physics, Chemistry and Biology each.

You can answer this in two ways.

First Way                                                                         

Answer all questions of physics , then do chemistry and then biology 

Second Way      

 10 question of Physics, then 10 questions of Chemistry ,then 10 question of biology  

 then Again go to physics , then  to chemistry, then Biology                                    

( This known as Mixed up method, Interleaved space)

This proves very helpful when you are doing multiple concept at a time,

Example ,

First time doing the physics concept then after doing the rest,  when you  revisit the physics part, you actually revisit the concept .

Your brain have to bring back that concept in your working memory, this helps in increasing neural connections.

The more the amount of neural Connections, the more that concept stays in yours long term memory.

That is why its said, Practice + Revision = Make wonders

• University of South Florida did a research with two group of Students and they both were given a worksheet.
• Same Chapter, same questions and were told to practice it,
• They will be having a test of that next day.
• The only difference was that :

The First group had All topics of one chapter on one page and 2nd Chapter topics on second page  

Means they were not mixed up,  

In the Second group's worksheet , both the chapters were mixed up  

Result of Test :

Second group scored 25% more score than the first group.

2) V & A - Visualisation and Association  

- Many Students are not able to learn the examples of Biology.

- So here comes the best method to learn examples.

You need to break the word into two parts and then try to make any funny type story with the words, this will help you remember it more effectively.

  The More funny it becomes, the  more easily you will be able to learn it.

* In this Method, you visualize and associate with things you already know.

The science behind it is that Our Brain tends to remember visual things more when compared to text or verbal things.

That's why when you create a mental image of words, you tend to remember it easily.

This will definitely help in Learning anything superfast
