Hi friends, coming up with a topic which almost everyone would have faced and that is boredom that attacks and makes a person lose confidence thereby take them to depression. The sooner it is recognised it is better lest we would be stuck and stay in it.

I would like to share 5 simple ways to get rid of the boredom.

1.Going out for a walk gives a great relief which is essential for coming out of boredom. As soon as we feels bored it is better that we go out for a walk getting fresh air, which will soothe the mind and it gets rejenuated. Then new ideas come to mind and the purpose is served.

2.Taking a nap would refresh our mind and body. Continuously working without giving rest to our mind and body will take us to boredom. Taking break and taking small naps will not only give relief but gives better ideas for our work.

3.Learning new skills be it painting, fashion designing or craft work will really gives us purpose of life and shunning our boredom. Nowadays many ideas about different skills are available. One needs to select that is suitable for them and pursue the same.

4.Working on puzzles would enhance our mind keeping it busy so, there will be no scope for boredom. Solving various puzzles like crossword or be it sudoku, not only helps to combat boredom but it also keeps our mind healthy and sharp. Sometimes solving “spot the difference” between two pictures will help greatly. Colouring various figures will help us greatly. We tend to become energetic and try to choose different colours for our satisfaction.

5.Last but not the least meditation helps us to not only relieve our stress but it also works wonders for a bored and lethargic mind.

So while concluding this topic I would like to mention that not only these 5 ways but there are also many other different ways to get rid of boredom. Just we need to figure out the best ones suitable for us. We should try to keep ourselves engaged. Follow a routine  for healthy and happy life yet sometimes break the routine like for once in a week for our satisfaction and again stick to the routine to achieve our goals. Making small changes in our home arrangements will definitely make us feel happy as well as keep us busy.
